Keeping in mind the CMC's, this border is one that you can use. It was made using Mrs. Grossman's stickers. ;0)

Start by adding the Back to School stickers along the bottom of the page.

Use a pencil to draw the wavy line along the sides and top of the page. Take your Black Fine line pen and write "Back to School" repeatedly along the wavy line, placing a dot in between each "Back to School".

Add the yellow three dots here and there along the outer border. Then add a single Blue dot here and there along the outer border.
