Supplies Needed:
  • One sheet of white or cream 12x12 cardstock or 8 1/2 x 11 cardstock
  • Ocean Wave Ruler
  • 18 Fish punches in assorted primary colors. (I used 3 yellow, 3 green, 4 red, 4 blue, 4 orange.)
  • Glue Stick
  • Lead Pencil
  • Kneaded Eraser
  • Blue Fine Line Marker
  • Black (very) Fine Line Marker or pen (I used .03 Zig)

Instructions
  1. Take your Ocean wave ruler and with your pencil draw the wave line all the way around the edge of your page.
  2. Place fish punches spaced out along the line around your page about 2 inches apart. Glue in place.
  3. Next, with your very fine line black pen, write "One fish…Two fish…Red fish…Blue fish between the fish on your wave. Note: I placed the fish so that when I wrote Red fish, the Red fish was by it. And the same with the Blue fish.
  4. Next, place your Ocean Wave ruler back over your pencil drawn line and using the blue fine line marker, fill in the lines showing between the fish and writing.
  5. Last, Erase all the pencil marks on your border with the kneaded eraser. (Tip: A kneaded eraser does not leave any eraser marks or eraser pieces on your page. It is a must have for every scrapper.
  6. Your page is now ready for pictures and journaling.
