Main Dish Recipe

 

Broccoli Casserole

Recipe from the Kitchen of: Kelli Hopkins

  • 12oz frozen chopped broccoli
  • 8oz Velveeta cheese
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter or margarine melted

 

  1. Place frozen broccoli in 9X13 casserole dish, cut Velveeta cheese and mix with broccoli. 
  2. Crush crackers and mix with melted butter or margarine.
    
    
  3. Spread on top on broccoli and cheese. 
  4. Bake on 350 for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
