Creamy Casserole Potatoes
Prep: 25 minutes   COOK: 30 minutes
Yield: makes 8 servings

9 large potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons onion salt
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons butter


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

  2. Grease one 2 quart casserole dish and set aside. 

  3. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes; cook until tender but still firm. 

  4. Drain, and transfer to a large mixing bowl; mash until smooth. 

  5. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion
    salt, salt, pepper and butter; beat until light and fluffy. 

  6. Place into prepared casserole dish and dot with butter. 

  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.

    Per Serving: 350 Calories; 19g Fat; 7g Protein; 39g Carbohydrate;
    3g Dietary Fiber; 52mg Cholesterol; 885mg Sodium.
