1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
16 large marshmallows
1/3 cup margarine
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1 cup coconut
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips, marshmallows, margarine, and peanut butter on low heat. Stir in
oatmeal and coconut. Using a teaspoon, drop on waxed paper until cool.
In my expert opinion...
I put in 20 marshmallows, but I wanted to give you the exact recipe. I also put the
cookies on a wax paper covered plate and then put them in the freezer. I have no patience
to wait for them to cool and it helps them harden faster. Usually ten minutes will cool
and harden them fast enough for a quick chocolate fix. I personally would keep them in the
fridge for another 30 minutes to finish them off.
