Peanut Butter Balls

These are so good!!! This was such a favorite of mine growing up and I looked forward to having these when served at school. I used to wrap an extra one in a napkin in school to have later and unless you have a baggie, it is not a good idea <grin>. For the oil from the peanut butter seeps through the napkin into your pocket.   But the peanut butter ball still tasted good, LOL!

Peanut Butter Balls

• 2 (1 lb) boxes 10x Sugar 

• 1 lb Butter

• 1 (28 oz.) jar Peanut Butter 2 tsp Vanilla

Melt butter; mix in peanut butter until smooth.

Add sugar and vanilla.

Roll into balls and refrigerate until firm.

Roll in one of the following: 

Coconut, chopped peanuts or melted chocolate & paraffin.
