Crock-pot Recipe

Easy Crock-pot Chicken Tarragon

  • 1/4-cup water.

  • 1 whole chicken, cut up

  • 2 T. dried chopped tarragon

  • 1 t. poultry seasoning

  • salt & pepper to taste

  • 1 T. margarine


1. In a 6-quart crock-pot, pour in water.

2. Add cut up chicken to crock-pot.

3. On top of chicken, sprinkle with dried chopped tarragon; poultry seasoning; salt & pepper to taste.

4. Cook in crock-pot 6-8 hours or until done.

5. During last 30 minutes of cooking time, top with margarine.
