Crock-pot Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  • 1 can milk
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 8oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups grated cheese (cheddar or sharp, whichever you prefer. I like to use Velveeta for a creamer mac & cheese)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tblsp butter or margarine

Directions:

Grease crockpot with butter, leave left over in bottom of crockpot. Mix all ingredients with cooked macaroni, put in crockpot. Cook on low for 3 1/2 hours. DON'T STIR. I am not sure why you don't stir it, but this is VERY important.
