Crock-pot Mac
& Cheese Ingredients:
- 1 can milk
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 8oz elbow macaroni
- 1 egg
- 3 cups grated cheese (cheddar or sharp, whichever you prefer. I
like to use Velveeta for a creamer mac & cheese)
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 tblsp butter or margarine
Directions:
Grease crockpot with butter, leave left over in bottom of
crockpot. Mix all ingredients with cooked macaroni, put in crockpot. Cook on low for 3 1/2
hours. DON'T STIR. I am not sure why you don't stir it, but this is VERY important.
