Quick Three Bean Chili

 

  • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes (undrained)

  • 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes (undrained)

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) Great Northern beans (drained)

  • 1 can (15.5 oz.) Pinto beans (rinsed)

  • 1 can (15 oz.) Black beans (rinsed)

  • 1 can (4.5 oz.) chopped green chilies (undrained)

  • 2 Tbs. chili powder

  • 2 tsp. brown sugar

 In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well.

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cover and simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors.
