Taco Soup 

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained

1/4 cup chopped onion

1 & 1/2 cups water

1 16 oz. can whole tomatoes, cut up

1 8 oz. can tomato sauce

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

 

Directions:

Mix ingredients together. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.   I usually just throw it all into the crockpot & cook on low all day. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese & broken up tortilla chips on the top.  I usually double this recipe since it goes quickly!  Enjoy!
