Hawaiin Baked Potatoes

1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple

2 baking potatoes (baked)

1/2 cup cheese spread heated

2 Tbls. chopped green pepper

2 Tbls. chopped green onion

 

Drain pineapple; save juice for beverage. Split and open baked potatoes. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon over potatoes. Makes 2 servings.

 Note: This is a very simple way to jazz up baked potatoes!
